Christian maturity does not just happen; it happens through intentional, focused training. This is the reason for the level two of our LBP—Basic School of Discipleship. This level is aimed at kickstarting the process of Christian maturity in our members.
Here, our members are exposed to the weightiness of their decision to follow Christ. But, because attaining spiritual maturity is a lifelong journey, this training is just an introductory course to discipleship. The training also forms part of our workers training. No one can ascend to any leadership position in the church without having undergone this program.
