Leadership is critical to every strata of human life—religion, family, or nation. Everything rises and falls on leadership. Every organization, whether church, nation, business, or family requires leadership to steer its activities, and is as efficient, productive, and healthy as its leadership. This is the reason for this level of our LBP, a strategic training designed to set our members on the path of leadership. Here, our members are exposed to the basics of leadership, to equip them to serve excellently in their web of activities.Â
However, because leadership development is a lifelong process: no one emerges as an exceptional leader over night, this training is only an introductory course to leadership development.Â
