Jesus’s ministry of just three years turned a band of ordinary, illiterate people into seasoned and world-class ministers of His gospel. This is an inspiration for us in Hilltop Community Church. Our desire is to see our members—mechanics, doctors, bankers, etc.—become seasoned ministers and defenders of the gospel of Jesus Christ, serving in the church, and spreading the knowledge of Christ in their spheres of personal and professional influence.
This is the reason for the level four of our LBP—Basic School of Ministry & Mission. This is an introductory training to ministry and mission, to cultivate ministry consciousness in our members and train them to do ministry and to spread the good news. No one can be ordained as a Deacon or Pastor in this church without having undergone this strategic program.
Importantly, the Life Building Program is mandatory for anyone who doesn’t just want to be a mere attender of our services, but who wants to be an integral part of our church family, which is actually our desire for everyone who comes to Hilltop Community Church. There is no avoiding this process.
